Cat story

Hi there! I have another story today. It is a long story, so i hope you like it! The Cat-apult Once there was a cat. That cat loved adventures! The cats name was Stone. Stone's mother and father were always away. Stone had gray fur with black paws. One day, Stone was out in the Green-Leaf Forest, looking around in caves and other things. Now, Stone was not a kitten. Stone was 4 years old. Stone was walking around, looking for something to eat. Suddenly, he saw a mouse! He quickly lowered his body to the ground. Then, as swift as the wind, he swiped at it. He then ate it. But a little while later, Stone heard a rustling. What could it be? A bear? A bobcat? A deer? Well, as the rustling got closer, Stone called out, "Who's there?" But what Stone didn't know was that he was in for a big surprise. Then, Stone saw something white and furry dart behind a tree. He curiously padded over there. Sitting down, was a white cat. "Hello there." She purred. "Who are you?" Stone nervously asked. He had never met any other cats other than his parents. "I am Luna, and who are you?" Asked Luna. "I'm Stone." "Well then, Stone, would you like to see something?" She laughed. But before Stone could answer, Luna exclaimed, "Come on!" So Stone followed her. After a while, Stone and Luna came to a stop at a large, lighted cave. "This", Luna announced, "is my home." As the cave came into focus better, Stone saw it was filled with cats! Luna had told him there were 20 cats altogether. "Wow!" Stone whispered. He turned to Luna, and said, "Well, do you want to see my home?" Tail twithching, Luna answered, "Yes, of course!" As Stone led her home he realized he had made a friend. He liked Luna. She was fun and nice. Also pretty. He showed Luna his home and parents, then followed Luna. "I think you will like this!" She cried. In just a few steps, they were suddenly standing by a catapult. "Well, do you want to try it?" Luna asked. "Sure!" Stone answered excitedly. He had done it about 10 times now, and so had Luna. It was a big branch with a bowl carved into the top to get into. All you had to do was lean back, and it shot you into the air, at least 50 feet off the ground, landing softly in a pile of mud. Once they were done, laughing and muddy, they said goodbye and headed seperate ways, promising to see each other again soon.
